Our unusual adventure between Sulechow and Zagan (West Poland, Lubusz Region) took place on March 20 2016. “Harry” is the name of 111-meter long tunnel leading to freedom from the German POW Camp Stalag Luft III. This was the prison on thr terrain of Zagan town in Poland, where 76 POW-s from the Ally Air Forces escaped in night on March 24/25 1944. In our amazing travel-to-past we had the fascinating occassion to ride the historic train with the steam locomotive from the times of the II world war. We also visited the Museum of the POW Camps in Zagan. Please be welcomed to watch our pictures!
